Moon Garden, LLC currently ships orders within the United States via USPS.
Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days. Moon Garden processes orders Monday through Saturday; Sundays are not considered processing days.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping Options
Standard and expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Orders of $120 or more qualify for free standard shipping, unless otherwise stated as part of a promotion.
Carrier delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Moon Garden.
Cancellations & Address Changes
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 business day of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. Please carefully verify your name, street address, apartment/unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before completing checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Moon Garden is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to Moon Garden because of an address issue, we may resend it to the corrected address. The customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
If the package is not returned to Moon Garden, a replacement or refund is not guaranteed.
Lost Packages
If USPS confirms that your package was lost while in its possession, please contact Moon Garden.
Once the loss has been verified, Moon Garden may replace the affected order or provide another appropriate resolution.
Packages Marked Delivered
If USPS tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package, please first contact USPS and check with household members, neighbors, building management, and any other possible delivery locations.
An order marked Delivered by the carrier does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.
Moon Garden will assist with delivery issues when reasonably possible.
Damaged Packages
Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Email moongardennolaorders@gmail.com with clear photographs and/or video showing the damaged product, shipping packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage or leakage.
Please keep the product and original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
Once the damage has been verified, Moon Garden may replace the affected product or provide another appropriate resolution.
All Sales Final Policy
All Moon Garden sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, including unopened products.
This policy applies to herbal products, tinctures, smoke blends, merchandise, sale items, clearance items, and other Moon Garden products.
Please review product descriptions, ingredients made available to you, sizing where applicable, and order details carefully before purchasing.
Received the Wrong Product?
If Moon Garden sends you the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a clear photo of what you received.
Once confirmed, we’ll send the correct product at no additional cost—and you can keep the product sent by mistake.
Broken, Leaking or Damaged Products
If your product arrives broken, leaking, damaged, or otherwise unusable because of shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Photographic and/or video evidence will be required.
Once the issue is verified, Moon Garden may replace the affected product or provide another appropriate resolution.
These exceptions do not create a general right to return or exchange products.

Local Pickup Policy
Local pickup is available for eligible Moon Garden orders.
Once your order is ready, pickup instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Please wait until you receive your pickup notification before attempting to collect your order.
Pickup Window
Orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving the pickup notification.
Orders that are not collected within 7 days will be considered abandoned and nonrefundable, unless Moon Garden agrees to make an exception.
Someone Else Picking Up Your Order
Someone else may pick up your order for you.
They must have:
• The name associated with the order
• The order number
Moon Garden does not currently offer local delivery.

Moon Garden currently offers 30 mL alcohol-based herbal tinctures prepared using high-proof alcohol as an extraction medium.
Customers who need or choose to avoid alcohol should take this into consideration before purchasing or using a tincture.

Smoke Blends — 21+ Only
Moon Garden smoke blends are intended only for adults age 21 and older.
By purchasing a Moon Garden smoke blend, you represent that you are at least 21 years old.
Moon Garden’s current botanical smoke blends are:

• Nicotine-free
• THC-free
Smoking any material produces smoke and carries inherent risks.
