Description
Cleavers (Galium aparine) is the familiar hedgerow herb whose stems gently catch on clothing as you pass. Gathered in spring in traditional practice, it was traditionally used to support the lymphatic system, healthy fluid balance, and clear-looking skin as part of seasonal cleansing routines. The dried herb is mild and green in flavour; infuse it in hot water, or steep it overnight in cool water for a traditional cold infusion. Traditional uses reflect historical practice and are not proven clinical effects. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
